An enquiry may include your name, email address, phone number, company, website, service requirements and message. Contact and free-audit forms send your enquiry to our private inbox, where we use it to respond to your request.

If you book a call through Calendly, the booking information you provide is handled through that service. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or passwords in enquiries.

Enquiry and project information is used to respond to you, understand your requirements and carry out agreed services. Depending on the circumstances, the relevant legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interest in managing business correspondence. Legal obligations may require particular business records to be kept.

Optional website analytics rely on your consent. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we store your email address and subscription date to send occasional website and marketing tips. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

If you accept optional analytics, this website records a random visitor identifier, pages viewed, device category and the referring website's hostname, when available. The pageview record does not include your name, email, form content, IP address, search query or full referring URL. This is separate from technical information that hosting and third-party services may process to deliver their services.

Choose Necessary only to decline these analytics, or use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from browsing the website.

The website uses Lovable Cloud for website services and optional analytics, Google Fonts for typography, and Google Maps and Calendly on the contact page. Following a social link or using an external service is also subject to that provider's privacy notice.
