Accessibility Statement

A website that more people can use. We welcome feedback about anything that gets in your way.

Updated

Our accessibility aim

Our aim is to make the MX Web Design website usable for people with different access needs, devices and assistive technologies. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a useful reference for improvements, not a claim that this website has been independently certified or meets every criterion.

How we approach accessibility

Our approach includes readable content, descriptive links and image alternatives, keyboard-friendly controls, visible focus indicators and consideration for people who prefer reduced motion. These features still need ongoing testing with real users and assistive technologies.

Current limitations

This statement is not based on a completed independent accessibility audit. Videos may not have captions or transcripts, and some website previews contain text within images. Third-party booking, map and video content may have limitations outside our direct control. We do not currently claim full WCAG conformance.

Request help or report a barrier

Email hello@mxwebdesign.com or call 0333 533 3636 if you cannot access information or complete a task. Tell us which page or feature was involved, what you were trying to do and, if you wish, the browser or assistive technology you used.

You may request information in an alternative format. We will discuss your needs and a practical way to help. You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis to report an accessibility problem.

Keeping this statement useful

Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining the website. Feedback helps identify barriers and prioritise improvements. This statement will need updating as the website and any audit findings change.
